Using the site

By using this website or the client portal, you agree to these terms. Please use them only for their intended purpose - viewing your visits, managing your profile, and communicating with us.

Your account

The portal signs you in with an emailed code or link rather than a password. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's what protects your account.

Testimonials

If you submit a testimonial or review through the portal, you're confirming it reflects your own honest experience, and you give us permission to read and reference it internally and, where relevant, to share it (for example, with other clients) to describe our services.

No guarantees on the site itself

We do our best to keep the website and portal available and accurate, but we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for issues arising from your use of the site itself, separate from any repair work performed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
